How do refunds work for tickets at the Jimmy Woo?

Jimmy Woo will only refund tickets to guests, when the reason for cancellation is due to fault of Jimmy Woo.

  • Not being able to attend our events due to transport issues excludes refunds.
  • Not being able to attend our events due to heavy intoxication excludes refunds. 
  • Not benig able to attend our events due to expulsion, based on agressive and/or undesirable behaviours excludes refunds.
Door policy at the Jimmy woo.

Our hosts and/or hostesses can deny entry for the following reasons;

  • Not adhering to our clothing regulations.
  • Agressive and/or undesirable behaviour towards our personell or other guests.
  • (Heavy) intoxication and/or (suspicion of) the use of drugs.
What is the door policy at the Jimmy Woo regarding age restrictions for entry?

Jimmy Woo focuses on the age of 21 and upwards. Buying tickets when you are not 21 years or older is at your own risk of being denied entry at the door.

As an exclusion our Thursday night is 19+.

What do I do if I lost my items during a night at the Jimmy Woo?

Please send us a mail at mr.woo@jimmywoo.com with the following information; full name, phone number, lost items and a way for us to verify the ownership of your items.
Your personal information will not be preserved within our database after communication.

Adding the keywords "Lost & found " in the subject bar within your mail will decrease our answer time. 

Do I need a QR-code or any form of entry documentation regarding COVID-19 regulations?

Currently, no documentation or QR-code is needed for entry at the Jimmy Woo. Please keep in mind that regulations can be updated and changed at any time.
